Delta Learning Space Privacy Policy explains how we collect, share and use information from or about you when you visit or use our website. This website is a general audience website and is partially directed at students under the age of 13. At Delta Learning Space, we don’t just collect information from children without having their parents/caregivers’ consent. Upon purchase of our Services, parents and legal guardians are expressing consent for the Website to obtain information from children under the age of 13. At any point in time, a parent or legal guardian has the right to withdraw that consent. The information that may be collected from children under the age of 13 with expressed consent is audio, video, or an email address. All audio and video that is collected is recorded during live classes. These classes are recorded to ensure the safety of both staff and students. These class recordings are used for internal purposes only and will only be released for legal reasons. In the event that we have accidentally collected information from users under the age of 13, without their parent/caregiver’s awareness, kindly contact us directly.
